DualStream for OBS
Keep your OBS setup.Go live everywhere at once.
A free, open source plugin that sends one stream out of your PC and lands it on every platform you have turned on. Press Start Streaming the way you always have.
- Windows
- OBS Studio 31.1 or newer
- Free and open source
macOS and Linux are coming soon. The code and the build system already cover them, and they ship the moment the builds are solid. Free gets you live on Desktop and Mobile at the same time, direct to your platforms. Premium sends one upload instead, reaches every platform at once with DualStream Relay, and adds Disconnect Protection. The same subscription covers the apps and the MCP server.
Built in, not bolted on
Three docks that behave like the ones you already use
Everything lives in OBS. The relay panel shows every destination and what it is doing, the Mobile canvas gets its own preview, and its sources get their own list, so you can arrange all three wherever your layout already has room.
The Mobile preview handles the way the OBS preview does. Same grab handles, alt-drag to crop, the same spacing guides and out-of-bounds shading, and a right-click menu with add source, transform, order, filters and properties where you expect them.
It stays out of the way while you stream. Start Streaming is still Start Streaming, toggling a destination mid-stream asks before it acts, and stopping ends every platform cleanly instead of leaving them on a standby screen.

Disconnect Protection
Your stream stays up when your connection drops out
Your platforms keep showing the standby screen you set, and the panel counts down how long you have to get back. The connection to each platform never ends, so nobody has to refresh and nobody sees an offline card.
The moment you reconnect, your feed picks up where it left off.
One upload
Add a sixth platform for the same upload as your first
Streaming to three platforms normally means uploading your video three times over, and most home connections cannot do it. Your PC sends one stream to DualStream and we pass it on to every destination from our servers.
Twitch, YouTube and Kick connect in one click with no stream keys to copy, and any other platform takes a server address and a key.
How Relay worksDesktop and Mobile
A Mobile version of every scene, free to build
Turn it on and every scene gets a Mobile counterpart. It shares the same cameras and sources as your Desktop scenes, and you arrange it separately and pick which sources show up.
Editing works the way the OBS preview does: the same handles, crop on alt-drag, spacing helpers and right-click menu. Scene changes transition on both canvases at the same moment, including your per-scene transition overrides.
Building it costs nothing and needs no account. Sending it out alongside your Desktop stream, on that same single upload, is the part that uses Relay.

What the plugin adds to OBS
Everything here lives in a panel inside OBS. There is no second app to run.
Disconnect Protection
Your internet drops and nobody watching finds out. Every platform stays live, and you pick up right where you left off.
One upload, every platform
Go live on six platforms for the same upload as one. Your connection never knows the difference.
Made for phones, not cropped for them
Every scene gets a Mobile version you lay out yourself, from the cameras you already have. Nothing squeezed or chopped to fit.
Add a platform without stopping
Decide halfway through that you want to be on Kick too. Turn it on and it joins in seconds, with nothing interrupted.
Find out before chat does
Every platform shows its own status while you stream, so a problem reaches you from the panel and not from your viewers.
No stream keys to copy
Connect Twitch, YouTube and Kick with a click. Signing in happens in your browser, so nothing sensitive is typed into OBS.

Questions about the plugin
The things worth knowing before you install it.
The plugin is free and open source, and free gets you live on Desktop and Mobile at the same time, direct to your platforms. Premium is the delivery layer: one upload to every platform at once with DualStream Relay, plus Disconnect Protection, at $9.99 a month or $99 a year. The same subscription covers the apps and the MCP server.
A free direct session runs four hours, then the connection drops and you start it again. Nothing is lost and there is no cap on how many times you do it. Premium streams through Relay, which has no such interruption.
Coming soon. The code and the build system already cover macOS and Linux, and we will ship them the moment the builds are solid. Windows today.
OBS Studio 31.1 or newer.
No. You press Start Streaming exactly as you always have. There is no second Start button to learn. The plugin points that stream at DualStream instead of a single platform, and it remembers what you were set to before so you can put it back in one click.
It gives every scene a Mobile counterpart that shares your existing cameras and sources but keeps its own layout and its own choice of which sources appear. It gets its own dock and its own sources list, so it can sit beside the OBS panels you already use.
No, and you are not choosing. One account and one subscription cover the Windows and macOS apps, DualStream Go on iPhone, the OBS plugin and the MCP server. The app adds Portal, ClipReel, Alerts Studio, Chatterbox, instant replay clips and per-source recording, so plenty of people run both.
Yes. The whole plugin is on GitHub, free and open source. It ships no secrets, sign-in happens in your browser rather than in OBS, and your tokens are encrypted by Windows and tied to your account. Contributions are welcome.
