Stream Deck

Run your show from an Elgato Stream Deck with live scene keys, audio dials, clips, effects, subathon and stream event keys.

The DualStream plugin for Elgato Stream Deck puts your show at your fingertips. Scene keys show each scene live, dials mix your audio, and keys clip, switch effects, run your subathon and light up when your community shows up.

Install the Plugin

You need the Elgato Stream Deck app (version 6.9 or newer) on Windows 10 or later.

In DualStream, open Settings → General → Stream Deck Integration.
Click Install Stream Deck Plugin. The Stream Deck app opens and installs it.
The first time the plugin connects, DualStream asks Allow external control? Approve it, and keep Always allow this client ticked so you're not asked again.

When a newer plugin is ready, DualStream shows Stream Deck plugin update available. Click Update and you're current.

Keys

Scene Direct

Switches DualStream to a scene.

Bind to: a Scene, or a Slot from 1 to 32. Slot 3 is always the third scene in your list, even after you reorder or rename scenes.
Key shows: the scene's Name, or its live picture in Desktop 16:9, Mobile 9:16 or Both.

The live scene is highlighted.

Clip It

Saves the last moments of your stream as a clip in both 16:9 and 9:16, using the clip length set in DualStream.

Apply Recipe

Builds a scene from a recipe such as BRB, Starting Soon or Ending, and switches to it. Press again while it's live to return to the scene you came from.

Track Mute

Mutes or unmutes a source's audio. The key lights while muted.

Layer Visibility

Shows or hides a source. The key lights while the source is hidden.

Effect Visibility

Turns one of a source's effects on or off, or All effects at once. The list shows the effects set up on that source, including NVIDIA effects such as Background Removal, Lighting and Frame Generation once you've turned them on in DualStream. See NVIDIA Video Effects.

Canvas

Picks the canvas that Follow Canvas key keys act on. Each press cycles Both, 16:9 and 9:16. Set a Layer Visibility or Effect Visibility key's Canvas to Follow Canvas key, and one key per source covers both canvases.

Subathon

Controls your Subathon timer.

Add time: adds 1 to 60 minutes per press.
Pause / resume: pauses a running subathon, resumes a paused one, or starts one that hasn't begun.
Show time remaining: puts the live countdown on the key.

Stream Event

Lights up when a chosen event happens on your stream and shows who triggered it: follows, subscriptions, resubscriptions, gifted subs, cheers, raids, channel point redemptions, hype trains, Super Chats, member milestones and charity donations. Press the key to clear it.

Dials (Stream Deck +)

Scene Switcher

Turn to browse your scenes on the touch strip, which shows each scene's picture and name. Press the dial or tap the strip to switch.

Audio Mixer

Volume, mute and a live level meter for your Microphone, Desktop audio or a Specific source.

Turn for 2% steps, or push and turn for 1% steps.
Press the dial or tap the strip to mute.
Long-touch the strip to reset to 100%.
